COVID-19 Office Policies:

Fabulously Flawless is committed to the safety of our clients and staff. We are taking extra precautions to reduce and deter the spread of Covid-19 by implementing strict protection measures in our office – in addition to the standard OSHA regulations, bloodborne pathogen, and health safety guidelines.

What You Can Expect From Us: 

• Staff wears face masks, face shields, gloves, and other PPE. 
• Ensure safe and strict sanitation practices are followed.
• Administer health checks to all staff before being work daily.
• Administer health checks to all clients upon entry.
• Lobby and seating meet all physical distancing guidelines.
• Provide hand sanitizer and handwashing stations.
• Clean and sanitize common areas, bathrooms, and high-touch surfaces regularly using the CDC recommendations.
• Clean and sanitize all treatment rooms, tools, tables, and hard surfaces after each client.
• Staggered appointments to limit the number of people in the office.
• Limit number of no more than 5 people in the office at one time.

What We Expect From You:

• Wear a face mask inside the office for the entirety of your visit.
• Maintain a minimum of 6 feet of physical distance from others.
• Wash your hands when you arrive, use the restroom, and leave our office. 
• Cancel your appointment if you are sick, have symptoms, have tested positive, and have not yet had a follow-up test to ensure you are no longer infectious. 
• Cancel your appointment if you believe you have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for Covid-19, or who is waiting for their test results.
